About the service

VPN Ninja provides access to VPN servers that encrypt your connection and let you browse the internet privately. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store usage rules.

The scope of the service (locations, protocols, features) may change over time: we keep developing the product and occasionally retire outdated capabilities.

Age and eligibility

By using the service you confirm that you have reached the age required to enter into this agreement under the law of your country, or have obtained the consent of a legal guardian, and that you meet the app’s age rating in the App Store.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that using VPN services is permitted by the law of the country you are in, and for complying with any restrictions that apply to you.

Free tier

The free tier includes a limited set of locations and sessions of up to 15 minutes. It is provided “as is”, with no availability guarantees, and we may change its scope, limits, or availability at any time to maintain service quality.

Premium subscription

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VPN Ninja. After cancellation, premium remains active until the end of the paid period.

Apple notifies you of price changes in advance under its own rules; keeping the subscription after such notice means you accept the new price.

Trials and refunds

If a trial period is offered, the subscription automatically converts to a paid one when the trial ends, unless cancelled beforehand. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are only available through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and are handled under App Store rules. We are technically unable to issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for:

• •any activity that violates applicable law;
• •sending spam, phishing, or distributing malware;
• •attacks on networks and systems, vulnerability scanning, DDoS;
• •infringing intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• •attempts to circumvent plan limits or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure;
• •reselling, renting out, or providing access to the service to third parties without our written consent.

Decompiling and reverse engineering the app are prohibited except where expressly permitted by law.

Fair use and network protection

To keep the service fast for everyone, we may apply reasonable technical measures: load balancing, rate limiting, and traffic prioritization under peak load. If we detect abuse (automated bulk traffic, attacks, violations of the Acceptable use section), we may suspend or restrict access without prior notice.

Intellectual property

The app, the website, the VPN Ninja trademark, illustrations, and other materials belong to ONLYAPPS d.o.o. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you no rights other than the license expressly stated.

The app uses open-source components (including Xray-core and sing-box), which are governed by their own licenses.

Third-party services

Payments and subscription management are handled by Apple; subscription status validation is provided by RevenueCat. Those providers’ own terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites you access through the VPN.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific speeds, availability of particular servers or locations, compatibility with specific third-party services, or that the service will meet all your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONLYAPPS d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you actually paid for the last subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the mandatory rules of your country.

Indemnification

You agree to hold ONLYAPPS d.o.o. harmless from third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms or applicable law while using the service, and to reimburse reasonable costs related to such claims.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app (remember to cancel the subscription — deleting the app does not cancel it). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in force.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where ONLYAPPS d.o.o. is registered, unless the mandatory rules of the country of your habitual residence provide otherwise. Before going to court, contact us via the support form — we resolve most issues within a few days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves or the law changes. We will announce significant changes in the app before they take effect. Continued use of the service afterwards means you accept the new version. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
